BRS MLA Rohith Reddy, who is the complainant in the case of “poaching” filed by the Telangana Police against BJP members, stated that he was offered Rs 100 crores to join the party and bring other MLAs with him. It was also MLA Rohit Reddy’s farmhouse where the deal was brokered.
Rohith Reddy further alleged that he was asked to mobilise other MLAs by offering them bribes. He said he was threatened with criminal cases and raids by the ED & CBI if they didn’t join the BJP.
