Homemade COTTON CANDY is easier than you think!
✨Recipe:
2 cups Sugar
1 cup Water
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, heat up 2 cups of sugar and 1 cup water over high heat. Boil and with a thermometer make sure the mixture gets to 300F (no less). DO NOT STIR. Once it gets to 300F, remove from heat immediately, and pour into a heat safe glass bowl.
2. You can either dip your whisk into the mixture and wave quickly over a bowl to form thin strands, or you can place the glass bowl with the mixture into a deep bowl and quickly dip your running frother into and out of the bowl.
3. Gather up your candy strings into a ball, serve and enjoy! 😊
