Let's take a look at the new theme designs in Kajabi. And why I still prefer landing pages.
Other updates, under website there are new.... two new website template designs. I do want to, I should say theme designs. I'm going to distinguish now between what they're calling website pages and landing pages. If you are using the website builder, you know that they recently updated to using the new theme called Encore. Using that new theme, here is where they created the two new.... two new themes. So let me show you. So when they first rolled it out we had Kim fit and we had Carl and then they added Serenity, oh no, Amelia sorry. Serenity's over here. They added Hopper which was a more.... so we have a very feminine style we have a more techie style that was kind of the the thought behind hopper. Serenity more of a wellness yoga style. These are the two new ones Rise and Rise is considered more business style financial that type of theme. And then the other new one is Reach. And Reach they said was more designed for coaches, consultants, it it's a pretty clean simplified.... very simple looking theme. You can see a lot of white space, a lot of color.... yeah. So and let me let, me show you one Rise, I didn't scroll down. So you can see Rise is much more corporate looking per se. Of course any of these themes will work for any industry based on your color palette and your images. So I mean you could choose any one of those and would probably look great regardless of your market. So those were the two new themes they talked about. Now this was interesting and again this was part of Kajabi labs. You will see now under pages, it distinguishes between those pages that are under the website builder or are considered your website and landing pages which as Jeremy explained. Their concept of landing pages were simply our sales pages, opt-in pages, that type of thing. The benefit now, is if I click, new website page, it's going to take my active theme and it's going to pull in the header and the footer and all the brand elements I've set up like my fonts and headings and it will create a blank page for me with that information. That's really great. So this one let's just say, this was a work with me page. And I click customize, so it and it looks terrible I apologize but that's just because I just pulled up this theme randomly and I didn't I didn't preview what the navigation bar looked like. So this I could go ahead and customize and it pulled in the logo and whatever I had in the header, the set as my menu and book a call and whatever was customized here in the footer. Now this is Deanna being honest with you. This is the one reason, another reason why I like landing pages and not website pages for my site. If I preview my brand new work with me page. In.... you can see the URL says site / work with me my domain, slash site, slash work with me. That doesn't work for me. Just saying. So that's what I want you all to.... you know, know the difference between using landing pages. So what does that mean for me? I'm still using landing pages when I redo my site very soon.
