This is my minimalist, simple evening routine for every day. It includes my minimalist habits for good sleep and successful mornings, some advice on how to stick to your evening routine and how to complete difficult habits and a few words of advice.
I use the app routinery to time my evening habits and help me remember everything. From brushing my teeth and doing my skincare, through a five minute tidy, and leaving out my clothes, this evening routine is both essential and simple. The most functional habits of self-care are in the beginning to increase completion, motivation and productivity boost just as you are powering down for bed!
