Good Neighbours have led a campaign to enable Bob to receive the medal Of Ushakov from the Russian Government. This medal of valour has been awarded to all the remaining survivors of these convoys (fewer than 200 in the UK)but the UK government refuses to allow the veterans to receive this medal
