Differences occur across gender, age, ideologies, identity, income groups and more, while the world pays a heavy price for our inability to resolve these issues. We at the School of Inspired Leadership believe that the skill to facilitate dialogues across differences is a critical leadership competency and so the theme for our conference this year - ‘Dialogue across Differences’.
