Recipe
Wet ingredients
1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup jaggery (70gm)
1/3 cup canola oil
Dry Ingredients
1 1/3 cup whole wheat flour (160 gm)
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
Method
Melt the jaggery in the micro for 20 seconds.
Mix all the wet ingredients together
Mix all the dry ingredients together
Put the dry ingredients in the wet ingredients
Mix till you get a soft dough
Knead for 2 minutes till everything is combined and a smooth dough is formed
Refrigerate for at least half an hour or overnight
Pre-heat oven at 180C
Roll out dough and bake for 8 to 10 minutes
Take out and they will become crisp when completely cooled
Store in an air-tight jar for upto 10 days

1 apple
10 gm almonds
50 gm vegan caramel sauce (recipe [ Ссылка ])
Finely chop the apple
Finely chop the almonds
Mix both of them with 50gm of caramel sauce
Put in the complete cooled tart shells and serve
