The most enthusiastic travelers spend, on average, 88 nights in hotels every year, according to statistics. And hotels around the world do their best to make their rooms a home away from home for their guests. However, many people don’t realize that paying for a hotel room doesn’t mean using it without taking extra care. We made a list of certain rules that everyone should follow before checking out from a hotel.
This one sounds hilarious, but still: no one should ever be boiling their socks or any other item of clothing in the kettle that comes in the hotel room. Some hotel managers claim to have seen it happen. Carefully arranging your used towels isn’t the best thing to do in a hotel, too. You're just not helping.
