In this video, I finally make a keto cornbread that tastes like cornbread, thanks to a recipe submitted to me from one of my executive channel members, Gigi Varnum. I've tried at least half a dozen different keto cornbread recipes and this is easily my favorite. This recipe can easily be converted to a savory cornbread by reducing (or eliminating) the sweetener and adding the ingredients of your choice -- sharp cheddar and jalapeños would be great, I think. Another possible add-in to this recipe would be crushed pork rinds or chicken rinds.
