Wow this was one of the craziest days I ever had on the field. My main goal was to test the Kodak D76 developer that I made from scratch in the video last week. All I was missing was an image so I packed my Intrepid 4x5, loaded the film holder with a hand coated ISO 2 glass dry plate and ventured into the wild. It's winter time here in Slovenia so when I started it was snowing a little bit but half way through the hike it started coming down hard! I knew I had to find the spot quick and I did. I was out for maybe 45min and when I returned back to the container darkroom there was 15cm of fresh snow. I managed to get a nice shot and later in the video I also show you the whole process of developing dry plates with a D76 developer.
