Several Russian groups opposed to the rule of Vladimir Putin have claimed responsibility for the cross-border incursions in Russia that occured earlier Monday. Allegedly made up of Russian deserters and right-wing extremists, the groups claim to have liberated at least three settlements in the Belgorod and Bryansk regions.
