Judicial officers from 54 Commonwealth Countries are in Kampala to attend a high level conference where they'll discuss ways of making justice accessible to all especially the poor.
The conference known as the 16th Commonwealth Magistrates and Judges Association was officially opened by the Vice President - Edward Ssekandi at the Commonwealth Resort Hotel, Munyonyo.
