The shocking news comes in from Jharkhand where the Dhanbad Additional District and Sessions judge Uttam Anand has been attacked and killed while he was on his morning walk. Judge Uttam Anand was hearing some high profile cases and he has been mowed down by a vehicle on Wednesday by an 'unidentified four wheeler' which can be seen done deliberately on the CCTV footage of the incident. Dhanbad Police has registered an FIR following a complaint from his wife as his family alleges murder and seeks a CBI probe.
