"When we were asked to produce a work for this space - it's ancient, it's big - you have to do something to engage the space with your own artwork. So we chose this material which is us, which is black. Black, which means all of us - you, me - we are all carrying maybe and facing every new moment of our life. So we brought this black and - what is behind? We brought this reflective media, because we want the artwork to disappear, allow the spectator to appear, allow the space, the ancient space, which is an indication of connecting the East with the West."
