Wednesday(21/09/2022) :- Rarest of rare sight of seeing a single elephant swim cross the Zambezi river.We were on a "Zambezi Sunset River Cruise" and our Captain helped us in sighting the wildlife which can only be spotted with a trained eye and experience of daily cruising on this river."Horses for Courses".Our greatest sighting of this short two hour cruise was the sight of a large tusker swimming from one end of the river to the other end.Definitely rare for the occasional tourist but definitely not uncommon for the crew of these boat cruises. :- Seafarer/Blogger/Traveller Rudolph.A.Furtado
