Funky looking wood-decay fungus
A wood-decay or xylophagous fungus is any species of fungus that digests moist wood, causing it to rot. Wood-decay fungi consume wood in various ways; for example, some attack the carbohydrates in wood and some others decay lignin.
They are doing their part in nature: as you can see in the video, they were on a dead tree, helping it decompose faster and return into the ground, providing nutrients in that area.
