(18 Apr 2018) Former Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad expressed his condolences to the family of Barbara Bush following the announcement of her death on Tuesday, at the age of 92.
As the wife of the 41st president George Bush and the mother of the 43rd, George W. Bush, Mrs. Bush was only the second woman in American history to have a son of hers follow his father to the White House.
She had been in hospital recently for congestive heart failure and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
