Learn this beginner-friendly low flow mini pole choreography in heels. Heels are encouraged but not required. I'm not wearing knee pads in the video, but you definitely should especially if you have sensitive knees.
Beginner-friendly in this case means some pole experience required! You should have some basic knowledge of pole movements, such as pirouettes, squats, etc.
Note: I filmed this a long time ago but didn't publish it because I'm a perfectionist and I end up nitpicking every little detail. However, I'm trying to let things go more - so here you go! I hope it helps someone or inspires your pole flow movement.
