On Saturday 1st May me and my family went to Whitby for the day to have a look around and to see the mainline train that would come of the North Yorkshire Moors Railway at Grosmont. In charge of the mainline train on this day was LMS Black Five 4-6-0 No 44871 which was visiting from the East Lancashire Railway. It is seen arriving, then pushing the stock into the loop, then reversing back then finally departing for Grosmont.
