We’ve titled the short film AKIN /a’kin/ because we want to highlight just how deeply connected we are to our fellow animals. We’re all individuals, we all feel pain, we all suffer, and we all deserve to have our rights recognised. The film is a powerful and emotional reminder of our shared sentience.
