Officer Commanding XXIV Squadron talks through the latest advancements in the A400M Atlas capabilities. The Squadron have been working with 47 Air Despatch Squadron to deliver a new basic airdrop course which has trained crews to deliver cargo using parachutes. This will enable the aircraft to rapidly and safely deliver items to remote locations such as frontline operations and islands that have been affected by natural disasters.
