Recipe: peel the ginger skin and Pat it dry and grate by using grater or chopper, please don’t make it to a paste. Then dry it outside in the sun for few days, and once completely dry grind it to a fine powder and store it in airtight container and use it to make ginger tea or add it to soups or gravies.
