This video is a follow on to my first one Wild Garlic - Windy Forage, Part One. This is a cooking video showing what I used the Wild Garlic for.
RECEIPE
400G Self-raising flour
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Paprika
80G Cold Butter
120G Cheese of your choice (I used mix red leister and mature cheddar)
48 - 50G Wild Garlic
220MLMilk
Oven temp - 200c (180c fan)
Bake for around 15 minutes and enjoy! :)
