Refurbushing a Pioneer SX-828 Reciever
This is Part 1 of the LED Meters Lamp Swap

The Tuner board is the "Preamp AF Tone board" mistake in the video - I was thinking about that tuner cover.

Sorry for the shakey camera as this was on the fly and I was to lazy to set up
the Tri Pod and LED light Panel, this video is geared for the home hobbyest / do it yourself type.

The only reason I made the video as I could not find one on how to replace the lamps behind the blue meters.

The AF tone board was already recapped as well as the power supply board, I will be
replaceing all #4 TO-3 outputs as those are on order as well.
