Croissant Bread Pudding:
Ingredients:
1. 4 large croissants, sliced
2. 2 cups Evaporated Milk
3. 1/3 cup sugar
4. 3 large eggs
5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6. 1Tbsp ground cinnamon
7. 1/4 tsp of salt
8. 1/2 cup raisins or chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Slice the croissants into pieces and place them in the prepared baking dish.
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
4. Pour the mixture evenly over the croissant pieces. Press down gently to ensure the croissants absorb the liquid.
5. If desired, sprinkle raisins or chocolate chips over the top.
6. Let the mixture sit for about 10-15 minutes to allow the croissants to soak up the liquid.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
