Ingredients for chicken merination

1 kg chicken
3 Tbs hot sauce
2 Tbs chilly sauce
1Tbs red chilly powder
1tsp red chilly flaks
1 tsp cinnamon powder (dalchini powder)
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp Chinese salt
1Tbs lemon juice
1+1/2 Tbs ginger garlic paste
salt

Ingredients for dry coating

3 cup cake flour ( maida)
1Tbs red chilly powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1Tbs salt

Ingredients for liquid coating

1/2 cake flour
1/2 corn flour
1tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1tsp baking powder
1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
salt
1+1/2 cup chill water

serve with garlic sauce ***👍
