Push and Pull Motivation Theory - In this video, I share with you the theories of push motivation and pull motivation. Once I learned about these theories, it became a lot easier for me to identify where my motivation was coming from when I worked towards certain goals. Both types of motivation can be good depending on the situations we find ourselves in, but I want more "pull motivation" in my life because I feel much more intrinsically motivated and that there is a deeper purpose behind my goals.
