Aston Martin's Sebastian Vettel was left fuming on team radio after Lando Norris crashed in wet conditions in Belgium qualifying. Vettel had radio'd in his concerns over the wet conditions just seconds before Lando's shunt, and pulled over to check the McLaren driver was ok as he passed the crash.
