In this lecture, Andreas Launer, Consul-General of Austria in Los Angeles, and Martin Rauchbauer, Consul of Austria in San Francisco, present their country at the UC Berkeley Institute of European Studies. As the country takes over the Presidency of the European Union in the second half of this year, these two Austrian diplomats share their perspectives on developments and challenges in Austria, Europe, and on relations with the United States and California.
