China has chosen six astronauts for spaceflight missions in 2023, Yang Liwei, China's first space traveler, has announced. The country has sent 16 astronauts on 10 trips to space since Yang made his flight in October 2003. According to the national mission plan, Chinese astronauts will be on regular duty at the space station in the future.
