INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup cooked quinoa ([ Ссылка ])
• 1 cup white beans, cooked ([ Ссылка ])
• 1 tsp ground cumin ([ Ссылка ])
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder ([ Ссылка ])
• 1/2 tsp salt ([ Ссылка ])
• 1/4 cup salsa
• 5 tbsp breadcrumbs, divided ( gluten-free if necessary)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 6 burger buns (gluten-free if necessary) [ Ссылка ]
• Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, mayo (vegan), red onion
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Combine all ingredients, except 2 tbsp of breadcrumbs, in a food processor. Blend for about 45-60 seconds until everything is mixed, but still slightly chunky.
2. Transfer the mixture to a medium-sized bowl and chill in the fridge for 10 min.
3. After chilling, stir in the remaining 2 tbsp of breadcrumbs.
4. Shape the mixture into patties, making approximately 6, depending on your desired size.
5. Place the patties on a parchment-lined large sheet pan and refrigerate for another 20 min.
6. Heat a large pan with olive oil over medium heat. Cook the white bean burgers for about 3-5 min on each side until they're crispy and heated through.
7. Top your burgers with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
