This strawberry cake recipe is light, super moist, so delicious and easy to make. It only takes 10 minutes to get a super tasty homemade strawberry cake.

Strawberry Cake Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour (250 grams)
1 2/3 teaspoons baking powder (8 grams)
1 cup sugar (200 grams)
3 cups strawberries (350 grams)
2 large eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil (60 grams)
1 cup yogurt (150 grams)1 grated lemon
powdered sugar
Strawberry Cake Recipe Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 360F (182C).
2. In a mixing bowl, add eggs and sugar and mix. Add oil and yogurt and mix.
3. Mix baking powder into flour.
4. Sift half of the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix gently. Add the rest and mix until well combined but not to over mix.
5. Add grated lemon and mix.
6. Add 1 1/2 cups of sliced strawberries and mix.
7. Coat the 8 inch round cake pan with butter. Dust the buttered pan with some flour and coat evenly.
8. Bake cake for about 1 hour or until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let it cool for 10 minutes, release the cake from the pan and let it cool to room temperature.
9. Dust with powdered sugar and serve with ice cream or coffee (optional).
