Manuel Loco Weigand bought this Passat Variant B3 from 91 with an 2E engine and a clear vision. As a Watercooled - Customs member he wanted to build a super cool oldschool wagon. The TA-Technix airride and an Airlift 3P management together with 2 Viair compressors got the body as low as possible to the ground. IB Alurad BSX Zero in 7x17 ET35 with a 185/35 17 fit exactly behind the original fender. A rare Votex radiator grill and a us front bumper change the original to a unique look. The original black contour got a fresh paint to match with the Passats original paint.
