Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe
For the Pumpkin Spice Syrup:
1/4 Cup Pumpkin puree 🎃
1 1/2 Cup Magic Baker's 🍯
1 1/2 Cup Water
6 Sticks Cinnamon
2 t Ground Nutmeg
1 t Ground Ginger
1 t Ground Clove
Bring Water to a Boil and add in Magic Baker's. If you plan on saving it in the fridge for a little while, I would add in powdered instead of the granular. The granular will tend to crystallize. Not a problem for me, because it doesn't stay in the fridge longer than a couple days. 🤣 After the sweetener is dissolved, add other ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes and strain into a pint jar. Save the puree!
Low Carb Pumpkin Spice Latte Ingredients:
1 Cup Keto Milk 🥛 [ Ссылка ]
1 - 2 Shots Espresso or Instant Espresso☕ OR 2-4 oz REALLY strong Coffee
3 T Pumpkin Spice Syrup
Heat Keto Milk in Pot and add Espresso to Large coffee cup. Add Pumpkin Spice Syrup to Cup and Pour hot milk into cup. Froth the milk and add keto whipped cream and Pumpkin Pie Spice the the top if you wanna be fancy.
Iced Version (I doubled the hot version for this):
Let Espresso cool, add Pumpkin Syrup and cold milk. Froth and Pour over Ice. ENJOY!
