CCHI offers three types of national certification credentials: the knowledge-based CoreCHI™ certification for interpreters of all languages, and two performance-based certifications: CoreCHI-P™ (all languages) and CHI™ (Spanish, Arabic, and Mandarin). CCHI also administers the national healthcare interpreter Continuing Education Accreditation Program (CEAP).
