Usually , to pursue a PHD, what is the minimum qualification one must possess? Only Masters ? Wrong .
CA Kalpit Khemka is the first candidate of Veer Narmad South Gujarat University who has cleared PHD in Commerce/Accountancy (Topic : Mergers & Acquisitions Of Banks) without clearing masters . Which means , he has done his PHD on the basis of Chartered Accountancy degree, under the guidance of Dr. Aaishwarya Kulkarni.
The Journey for pursuing this course was started 6 years ago. With many ups and downs he consistently and persistently pursue his goal of placing a prefix “Dr.” before his name.
6 years ago when CA Kalpit Khemka wished to pursue for PHD , the university denied , that Chartered Accountancy is not a post graduation course . But, now in 2021 all the Professionals Like CA, CS & CMA is considered as post graduation course . So, even a student pursuing CA, CS or CMA can do PHD after they clear there exams.
This is the biggest Achievement for all the Professionals who has dreamt to be called as Doctor in there groups, family member and relatives.
He was already Gold medalist in HSC, All India Ranker in Chartered Accountancy Course, All India Ranker in Company Secretary course and University topper during his Graduation. But the thirst to designate himself as Dr. Kalpit Khemka was not over.
