Bagis is a simple Kapampangan dish of minced meat cooked in calamansi and chillies usually prepared using either beef or carabeef (Water Buffalo), a popular dish within Central and Northern Luzon area.
Recipe:
-Cooking Oil
-3-4 cloves of Garlic
-4 White Onion (chopped into cubes & rings)
-2 tbsp Ground Black Pepper
-2-3 tbsp Vinegar
-2 tbsp Fish Sauce
-8-10 pcs Calamansi (squeezed) or Lemon Juice
-3-4 Red Chili (sliced to small pieces)
-2-3 Long Green Chili (sliced to small pieces)
-3-5 Bay Leaves
-Half cup of Beef Broth
-1kg Ground Beef (Minced)
