Kenyans have been challenged to invest in large scale water harvesting and storage solutions to help communities facing drought at times of distress . Davis & Shirtliff Technical Director Eng. Philip Holi says water storage is the only solution to Kenya dealing with the erratic pattern in arid and semi arid areas. According to Holi, arid areas have proofed to have fertile soil and only needs water for bountiful agriculture.
