Part 3, Gen. de Gaulle decorates French and U.S. soldiers, including Generals Devers and Patch, in celebration of the triumph at Colmar. Part 4 shows Churchill and Field Marshall Alexander in Athens. Part 5, allied troops advance in Germany. Soldiers cross a river under a smoke screen.
