Ingredients:
250g strong flour (bread or manitoba flour)
250g medium flour (all-purpose or tipo 00)
10g salt
20g sugar
50g soft butter
2 medium eggs
4 g instant dry yeast (10g fresh, 5 active)
1 lemon
1 orange
100g whole milk
200g boiled potato(without skin)
Oil for frying
sugar for coating
Ideal Temperature 175°C or 350°F
Cook 2 minutes each sides
