Varaprasad and Ramadevi Gourineni are an NRI doctor couple who share a great passion for patient care and teaching. They returned to India with a commitment to provide service to their hometown and to provide learning/employment opportunities for young professionals in Rayalaseema.

Amara Hospital is spread over a built-up area of 7,00,000 square feet. We have started with 100 beds, but have the capacity for 500 beds. The design, layout and interiors are thoughtfully planned to ensure ease of movement, create a soothing ambience to aid in patient recovery, while, at the same time, being aesthetically pleasing. The rooms are spacious, well-lit and equipped with all the conveniences to make the stay of the patient and attendant as comfortable as possible.
