This was filmed after the incident between myself and another passenger regarding filming on that day. See community post for more information. After that person got off and the bus half emptied, I resumed filming.

Here is a ride on First Leicester’s brand new GB Kite serving the route 17 Highfields circular from the City centre.

There will be 68 new GB Kites according to the book of the GB Kites I got from a driver who I know. The StreetKites can travel up to 150 miles on a single charge and features advanced heating system, AC, next stop announcement, USB Chargers on almost every seat.


Experiences: I had a relative who lived at Highfields and I would go to the shops there back when the B7RLE Eclipses were in service with the first barbie livery.

How I felt: This route serves a dodgy part of Leicester as a result I felt anxious. There were a load of people giving stares at me for filming. This resulted me only filming the 2nd half of the journey.

I have recorded on several routes before in Leicester, this route is definitely my least favourite to record.
