Interested in learning more? Dr Sophie offers two 15 week skills-based online Cello Labs each year (one in the spring and one in the fall).
Cellists from around the world meet via zoom to learn together, under Dr. Sophie's guidance. Classes take place on a weekly basis, and include larger group, smaller group and one on one formats. Classes cover important fundamental and advanced skills and concepts, referencing three new core pieces each Lab. The Labs are suitable for a mixed level group ranging from advanced beginner to professional. During each Lab, top world class cellists and pedagogues give masterclasses on a variety of topics.
