The Zambia Air Force (ZAF) has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the well-being of the less privileged in society.
ZAF Commander, Lieutenant General Oscar Nyoni, was speaking when he presented an incubator, blood monitoring machines, and various cleaning supplies at Nangoma Mission Hospital in Mumbwa District.
He said the gesture was part of ZAF’s Christmas celebrations and a reminder of the importance of compassion and generosity.
Lieutenant General Nyoni also distributed Christmas hampers to nine babies born on Christmas Day, emphasizing the need to uplift communities during the festive season.
Meanwhile, District Health Director, Kathrine Kalumba, said the new incubator will play a cardinal role in securing the lives of newborn babies.
