EEA has been trialing Rocky DEM on a range of various applications. This video shows a Cone Crusher analysis using DEM to analyse particle crushing efficiency of the given Cone Crusher. DEM can be used to accurately simulate particle breakage for a given ore distribution and assist with optimising Crusher geometry, bringing huge cost savings over traditional prototype field testing.
