My first experience with Chimichurri was on a visit to Guadalajara at a very fine Steak House. When my steak was brought to me it had this Oily Green Topping on it, at first I was thrown off🫤 by it as it was not a sauce we put on our steaks back home. The moment I took my first bite into it my life would change😁 forever! Every year I would visit Guadalajara I had to go back to the little steak house to get that amazing sauce. Fast forward years later and my cousin made this very same sauce on steaks … bringing back memories of that addicting flavor. Then my good friend that owns an Italian Restaurant brings out this amazing topping that has that mouth watering 👅💦spice to it sparking my love for it yet again! So I became obsessed with Chimichurri and what I feel mastered it. In fact I even lost over 20 lbs 💪 in 1 month by eating a version of this every day spread over grilled chicken. This stuff truly makes any Fish🐟, Chicken🍗, Beef🥩 taste amazing and will makes you crave it!

These measurements do not need to be exact but are a great starting point! For more or less heat, play around with the amount of Crushed Red Peppers. For more Flavor play around with the Red Wine Vinegar and Salt. If you want it to go further add more Olive Oil… and it will give you more health benefits!
