Ingredients:
2 oz Pimm's no. 1 Cup
4 oz Lemon Sapellgrino
1 slice Cucumber
Mint Sprig
Strawberries halved
Lemon wheel
Orange wheel
Instructions:
Cucumbers should be cut vertically and super thin to be placed like a ribbon on walls of glass prior to ice and ingredients.
Add all ingredients into a highball glass over ice and stir to combine.
Garnish with a mint sprig, skewered strawberry and optional lemon and orange wheels.
