Air Blade BOPP Tape Slitting Machine is also called as Air Score Blades Slitting Machine.
Air blade is mainly to slit adhesive materials such as BOPP tape, Masking tape, Double sided tape, Paper tape, Aluminium foil tape (without liner), etc.
Please note while slitting BOPP tapes for easy tear, the air blades should be made blunt a little on the abrasive paper.
This machine has automatic four-shaft exchange with improved efficiency. PLC control system with touch panel operation. Automatic shaft exchange ensures automatic shaft exchanges for convenient and efficient operations. The banana roller is used to eliminate tape wrinkles during extension and feeding. Air blade unit is fitted with 3" air blades, permitting the slitting of a variety of tapes. The knife positions can be adjusted in left/right directions and the pressure of the air blades can be adjusted to suit tape material thickness variation. Spool trim winder is used for edge trimming collect.
