I recently flew from London to Trieste via Rome on ITA airlines, the successor airline to Alitalia. Here is a flight review of that journey. We travelled in business class, and the experience wasn't great...
We had a one hour connection in Rome and as it turned out, we needed to cover about 1.4km in 25 minutes to make that connection. That's hard for most people, but its impossible for people with mobility issues, like my Mum. So in this video I'll show how we overcame that challenge, and I'll show how Rome airport was absolutely no help at all in making the connection!
