This run did have some easier wave starts ill admit but if you are going for first quiver you can tp until you have something similar. I will record some more wave examples using this method that have nps starting on a and b and upload soon.

One plugin I didn't mention was custom menu swaps. This makes it so when multiple fremmys are under your cursor, your preferred order of attacks is always correct. This way you don't mage a mage or venator the ranger for example. Here is the text you copy and paste in the setup for melee on top, then mager, then ranger last.
